SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

We re a small business, and we work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship within3-5 business days for ready to ship products. Custom snaps may take up to 2 weeks. 

Please note: during online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer

Please review your shipping address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund shipping, replacement cost.

We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed or damaged packages.  You will receive a tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order.  If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder.  Once the package leaves Dazzle Snaps, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via email at dazzlesnapsbyLauren@gmail.com to initiate the return/exchange process. Purchaser must pay for shipping incurred for return/exchange and the returned item must be in original condition.  All returns/exchanges must be authorized by our team prior to returning the item.
